Senior Content Editor / Remote, full-time

Important Note: All content is published in English, but internal communication for this position will be in Russian. While not strictly mandatory, Russian proficiency is a key requirement for this role.

Company: Maildoso (US-based B2B SaaS)

About the Product: Maildoso provides cold email infrastructure. We are in our fourth year of operation, serving 7,000+ clients, with 200+ reviews on G2 (4.7 stars) and multiple YoY revenue growth.

The Role: We recently launched our blog and are looking for an Editor to help drive its growth. You will collaborate on topic discovery, content generation, proofreading, and establishing our editorial guidelines. Our goal is to publish clear, well-structured, engaging, and high-value content written primarily for humans, not search algorithms.

Requirements: 3+ years of experience in copywriting and content editing.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):

• Experience with diverse formats beyond articles: interviews, video scripts, social media, email campaigns, etc.
• 1+ years of experience in a Senior, Lead, or Head of Content role.
• Russian proficiency: B2-C2.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents.
• Experience with GEO/AEO (Generative Engine Optimization / Answer Engine Optimization).

Neutral Factors (Not a Disadvantage, but Won't Influence Selection):

• Background in journalism or news publication editing.
• Non-editorial experience (translator, proofreader, web admin).
• UX writing experience.
• PR experience.
• Freelance platform/marketplace experience.
• Technical SEO optimization background.

Strict Dealbreaker: iGaming experience.
