Kalachuchi Digital is hiring a support specialist in Manila. Support is the front line of the product and, in this company, one of the fastest routes into product, success or QA. You will solve real problems for real people and be trusted to escalate properly rather than reading from a script.
Salaries in the Philippines are advertised as a MONTHLY figure, and the range below is monthly gross before the statutory 13th-month pay.
Days are a mix of queue work, deeper investigation of the tickets nobody else has cracked, and improving the documentation so the same question does not arrive forty more times. Recurring issues get written up and taken to engineering with evidence attached. The role is on-site in Manila, which is where the team and most of our customers are.
This is a mid-level role. You should already be able to take a loosely specified problem, break it down and ship it without close supervision. We look for clear writing, composure when someone is annoyed and correct, and the discipline to document rather than repeat. Curiosity about how the product actually works will take you a long way here.
Any shift requirement is stated up front, and night differential and transport allowances are paid where a shift applies. The range shown is a MONTHLY figure, which is how this market advertises salaries — it is not an annual number.
Kalachuchi Digital runs customer experience technology for retail and telecommunications brands across the Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam: the chat platform, the knowledge base behind it and the analytics that tell a client which of their policies is generating the most tickets.
We began as a support operation and became a product company, which means the people building the tooling have almost all answered tickets themselves. That history shows up in the software as an unusual amount of respect for the person on the other end of the queue.
Our hubs are in Bonifacio Global City, Manila and in Cebu, with a large remote roster nationwide. Salaries are quoted monthly and the statutory 13th-month pay is on top.
