Kalachuchi Digital is hiring a digital marketing specialist on a fully remote basis. This role is measured on outcomes rather than activity: pipeline, qualified signups and cost per acquisition. You will own channels end to end, including the uncomfortable job of turning one off when the numbers stop working.

Salaries in the Philippines are advertised as a MONTHLY figure, and the range below is monthly gross before the statutory 13th-month pay.

What the work actually looks like

The mix is campaign planning and execution, landing pages and lifecycle messaging, and the analysis that decides where next month goes. You will run structured experiments with a hypothesis written down before the spend, and report honestly on the ones that did not work. The role is fully remote within Philippines, with a desk in the office for anyone who would rather not work from home.

What we look for

This is an early-career opening. We are looking for fundamentals and curiosity rather than a long CV, and you will have a named mentor from your first week. We want the numbers you moved and the experiments behind them, not a list of platforms you have logged into. Basic SQL or confident spreadsheet work and a real grasp of attribution will put an application near the top.

Responsibilities

Own acquisition channels end to end, including budget and reporting
Plan and run experiments with a written hypothesis and a decision rule
Write and test landing pages and lifecycle messaging
Report on cost per acquisition and payback honestly, including failures
Work with product and sales on what a good lead actually looks like

Requirements

Hands-on experience with paid, organic or lifecycle channels at real budget
Comfortable in an analytics tool and with attribution caveats
Strong writing — most of the work ends up as words on a page
Basic SQL or advanced spreadsheet skills
Evidence of campaigns you improved, with the numbers
