Alt. Title: Founding Instagram Account Manager
Note: This is a base job description. Because you are a founding hire, your responsibilities will evolve based on business needs. This is primarily a creative role, but your scope will shift as we scale. It is also revenue share given founder is in a bit of debt while in pre-revenue stage. Prior cofounder left so he went from CTO to CEO.
The Role
You are our Forward Deployed Content Creator. Your goal: turn what RevSharrk does into content that makes Wellness and Med Spa owners stop scrolling. You aren't just an influencer; you are building our brand and serving clients directly. You reject AI slop—you use AI as a tool to produce authentic, high-quality, personalized content for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Own the IG Engine: Manage presence for Wellness/Med Spa niche—including launching original AI music micro-drama series via Reels—to build community and drive pipeline.
- Social Selling: Actively engage in DMs to convert followers into booked calls.
- Build Systems: Create production playbooks and pipelines from 0 to 1.
- Client Service: Produce content packages for 1-5 concurrent clients.
- Leverage AI: Use AI tools to help clients create personalized, production-quality content.
- Iterate: Run both "Sniper" (viral) and "Side-arm" (educational) content passes.
What We're Looking For
- IG Native: Understand the platform's grammar (pacing, hooks, DM culture).
- Results-Oriented: Portfolio showing content that drove measurable business outcomes.
- Social Seller: Comfortable moving from creative work to direct outreach.
- Founding Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity and building your own lane.
- Authenticity: Prioritize high-signal, human-centric storytelling over AI slop.
Compensation & Phases
- Phase 1 (3-Month Trial): Independent Contractor. 40% revenue share on self-sold content (Track A); 10% referral share on GTM leads (Track B). No base/equity.
- Phase 2 (up to 12 months): Continued IC status with same revenue share structure.
- Phase 3 (Milestone/Post-Raise): W-2 Employee. Base salary ($60k-$80k), 10% revenue share, 0.5%-2% equity (4-year vest).
- Phase 4: Opportunity to grow into CMO/Chief Content RevSharrk.
The Interview Game
- Round 1: Intro call (Background, creative philosophy, style).
- Round 2: Creative Audition (Portfolio walkthrough or spec piece).
- Round 3: Paid 3-month trial engagement (Independent Contractor agreement).
