Enterprise Sales Manager

About the role

You will sell the Kavach lending platform to banks and NBFCs. These are long, consultative cycles — typically six to eleven months, four to seven stakeholders, and a procurement and compliance review that will test your patience and your documentation.

What the job really involves

Far more preparation than pitching. Understanding a prospect existing lending stack, where their approval turnaround actually hurts, and which internal champion has the budget. Our product genuinely does reduce time-to-disbursal, but only a specific kind of buyer feels that pain enough to change vendors, and finding them is the skill.

You will work with a solutions engineer on every deal and with product on anything that needs building to close.

What we look for

Four or more years selling enterprise software, ideally to financial institutions. We will ask about specific deals: size, cycle length, who you sold to and what nearly killed it. Existing relationships in Indian banking are valuable but a rigorous process beats a contact list.
