Full-Stack Designer (Brand, Marketing & UI)

We are hiring a strong full-stack designer who can take ownership of all visual output across our brands. This is not a task-based role. This is an ownership role.

What You Will Do

• Own the visual direction across marketing, website, and brand assets
• Design high-performing ad creatives (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Create social media posts, carousels, and templates
• Design landing pages and UI layouts in Figma
• Work on packaging and product-related design when needed
• Create email design templates
• Prepare print materials (posters, flyers, etc.)
• Build reusable design systems and templates
• Maintain clean and organized design files
• Create simple motion graphics when required

How You Will Work

• You will work inside a structured system
• Each task will have clear objectives and context
• You are expected to manage your work independently
• You will handle multiple types of design work
• You should think in systems, not one-off designs

What We Are Looking For

• Strong skills in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Solid understanding of layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• Experience in marketing and performance creatives
• Ability to create clean, modern, and consistent designs
• Ability to work fast without compromising quality
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to take ownership and make decisions
