POSITION: SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (SDR)
Location: Remote - US Market Employment Type: Full-Time Base Salary: $2,000/month Commission: 15% OTE: $108,000/year

THE ROLE
Your job is simple:
FIND THE BUSINESS -> FIND THE OWNER -> START THE CONVERSATION -> IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM -> QUALIFY THE LEAD -> BOOK THE MEETING.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build targeted lists of US home service businesses
- Identify owners, founders and decision-makers
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting
- Cold call business owners and decision-makers
- Send personalized emails, LinkedIn messages and other outbound communications
- Identify businesses that can benefit from AI automation
- Qualify prospects based on need, authority, budget and timing
- Book qualified appointments for the sales team
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Hit weekly and monthly activity and appointment targets
- Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year of B2B SDR, BDR, appointment-setting or cold-calling experience
- Experience selling to US businesses is strongly preferred
- Experience selling into home services is a major advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong cold-calling and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable speaking directly with business owners
- Strong prospecting and research skills
- Excellent follow-up discipline
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound sales
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs and CRM systems
- Highly competitive, ambitious and results-driven
