Why this role exists

Justlife runs thousands of home-services visits a day across the UAE and KSA. When fulfilment works, a customer's home gets cleaned, fixed, or serviced on time by a professional who's set up to succeed. When it breaks, someone's day breaks with it.

We're hiring an Entrepreneur in Residence to own the hardest of those problems end-to-end. Think MBB-style structured problem solving — but with real operating stakes. You won't hand over a deck and move on. You'll see your recommendation convert into action within days, sometimes hours, and you'll own the number it moves.

This is a builder's seat in a fix-it, 0-to-1 environment, working directly with senior leadership at one of the region's fastest-growing consumer platforms.

What you'll own

• Take on ambiguous, high-visibility charters end-to-end: increasing the reliability of our operations, sharpening the customer experience, and managing the lifecycle of our professionals.
• Build your own hypothesis tree and workplan from a blank page — you'll define the problem, not just execute a scope someone handed you.
• Turn analysis into shipped change: pilot it, measure it, and carry the outcome, not the slideware.
• Work across Operations, Product, Data, and Commercial — this role only works if you can move people who don't report to you.

What the first 12 months look like

• You'll own 3–4 complex charters end-to-end, from fuzzy problem to live result.
• You'll present your own work directly to founders and senior leadership — no layers, no filter.
• You'll leave a system behind, not a one-off fix: the goal is to take something from messy to world-class and have it hold.

You'll thrive here if

• You get restless when a problem sits unsolved. Ambiguity and pace energize you rather than stall you.
• You can structure from a blank page. Give you a fuzzy, high-stakes problem and you'll build the hypothesis tree and the plan yourself.
• You're hands-on with data. You pull it, cut it, and pressure-test your own thinking — you don't wait on someone else to tell you what it says.
• You write and speak like an operator, not just an analyst. Executive-ready narrative that drives a decision, not just describes a situation.
• You've owned a number. Somewhere in your track record, you took a real outcome from bad to good and can point to it.

What we're looking for

• 3–5+ years across top consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney) and/or fast-paced startups.
• A consulting toolkit paired with an operator's instinct to ship. We want the structured thinking and the muscle to make change stick — a beautiful deck that doesn't move a metric isn't the job.
• Ideally, exposure to high-volume marketplace, on-demand, or e-commerce environments — bonus if you've helped build or scale a support function from messy to world-class. (This is a plus, not a gate — strong generalist problem-solvers are encouraged to apply.)

The honest contract

• Location: Dubai, on-site. This is a build-it-together role and proximity matters at this stage.
• Schedule: Five days a week. Our peak demand is on weekends, so you'll need to stay reachable when it matters most — and in exchange we protect your time when it doesn't. Ownership cuts both ways here.
• Pace: Fast. You'll feel the stakes, and you'll feel the impact.
