For employers
Hire from a board people trust
Posting a role is free, and it stays free. Someone reads every listing before it goes live — which is why candidates here open a job expecting it to be real, and why an application from MailerMen is worth more than one from an aggregator.

Paid placements are priced per role and per market — tell us what you are hiring for and we will come back with a number the same day.
What a paid placement does not buy
It does not buy a listing that skips the check. A featured role is read the same way a free one is, and if we cannot verify it, it does not go up — whoever is paying for it. That rule is the entire reason a placement here is worth anything: the moment paying gets a role waved through, the promotion is worth nothing to the next buyer.
It also does not buy influence over anything else on the board. Advertisers have no say in which jobs appear or how they rank, and how we verify a job describes exactly what happens before a listing is published.
Not sure which one?
Tell us the role, the city and roughly when you need someone in the seat. If a free listing will do the job we will say so — a placement sold to someone who did not need it is a customer who does not come back.
