Small percentages, large consequences

A signup page that converts at three percent instead of two changes what we can afford to spend on acquisition. Your three months here are about finding those points, one experiment at a time, and proving they were real.

The experiment loop

You start with session recordings and heatmaps on the employer signup flow, where roughly a third of visitors abandon at the company details step. From there you write a hypothesis with a named metric, build the variant in our page builder, run the test long enough for the result to mean something, and write it up whether it won or lost. Losing tests get documented too, because we keep a repository of them and it is the most useful document we own.

Beyond the buttons

Growth here is not only layout tweaks. You will also work on the referral prompt inside the candidate dashboard, the copy on the pricing page, and one seasonal campaign timed around placement season. Expect to speak to five users a month, because a recording tells you what someone did and only a conversation tells you why.

Hybrid in Bengaluru, with a schedule that flexes around your final semester.
