Noir Consulting is recruiting on behalf of an unnamed client for a permanent M365 & Power Platform Engineer role in Winterthur/Zurich, working hybrid at 80-100%. The engineer joins an agile Collaboration team that blends hands-on engineering with consulting to help the organisation modernise its business processes using Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform.

Responsibilities
- Design and build business-process automation solutions
- Operate and continue developing the company's Business Process Automation services
- Support users and stakeholders rolling out solutions across Power Platform and SharePoint Online
- Integrate Power Platform with other Microsoft technologies
- Ensure processes meet required lifecycle and governance standards
- Work on SharePoint architecture, including web parts and site design
