MailerMen is a job board for people looking for real work in India and eleven other markets. Someone opens every listing before it goes live, writes the salary the way that market quotes it, and takes the role down when it closes. That is the whole product.

Why we built it
Most job boards are a search box in front of a scraper. The same role appears four times, half of them already expired, none of them with a salary on it. You send an application into a form and hear nothing back, and you never find out whether the job was real.
We started MailerMen because the fix is unglamorous and nobody wanted to do it: read the listing. Check the company. Write down what it pays, in the currency the employer actually pays in. Take it down when it closes. It does not scale the way a scraper does, and that is the point — a smaller board you can trust beats a bigger one you have to double-check.
What that means in practice
Every role is read before it is published
An operator opens each listing, checks the company exists, and writes the salary in the currency and period that market actually quotes. Nothing is scraped straight onto the board.
34 markets, quoted the local way
Pay is shown per year in India, the US and most of Europe, and per month in the UAE, Singapore, Poland and the Philippines — the way each market states it. We never convert a salary into a currency you did not ask for.
A stated salary, or nothing
"Paid" on this board means an amount is actually written down. A listing with no salary might pay well or pay nothing — we do not know, so we do not claim to, and we never invent a range to fill the gap.
Applying is free, and stays free
Job seekers never pay us — not to search, not to apply, not to be seen. There is no paid "premium profile", and we do not sell your details to recruiters.
How we pay for it
Two ways, and we would rather say so plainly than bury it. The board carries advertising, which is why you will see ad slots on most pages. And companies pay us to post roles and to hire through us. Job seekers pay nothing.
What that does not buy: a paying employer does not get a listing waved through unchecked, and an advertiser has no say in what appears on the board. If we cannot verify a role, it does not go up, whoever is paying for it.
Advertising also means third-party cookies. Our Privacy Policy names every vendor involved and explains how to opt out of personalised ads.
Who we are
MailerMen is published by MailerMen, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We are a small team, so the person who answers your email is usually the person who can fix the problem.
Found a listing that is expired, misleading, or asking you to pay a fee? Tell us and we will pull it. That is not a formality — a fake listing costs a job seeker far more than it costs us to take down.
