About the Role: We're looking for an experienced Events Manager to lead Ashby's internal events function and deliver high-quality, memorable experiences for our team.
Responsibilities:
- Leading Ashby's internal events strategy and planning across company offsites, team gatherings, and regional meetups
- Owning major events directly and serving as senior driver on high-impact programs
- Managing event logistics including vendor selection, budgeting, travel coordination, and onsite execution
- Building repeatable systems and playbooks for scalable operations
- Managing and supporting a lean events team
- Supporting diverse event types from large-scale global programs to smaller regional events
- Partnering cross-functionally across departments
- Raising employee experience quality through thoughtful event design
- Balancing long-term planning with hands-on execution
