The product you will shape
MailerMen's employer dashboard is where recruiters post roles, screen applicants and track their hiring pipeline, and it has grown faster than its interface. Over the next six months you will sit with the product team in Bengaluru and redraw the parts that hurt most: the multi step job posting flow, the applicant board, and a notification centre nobody currently understands.
How the work runs
You will start by listening in on three recruiter calls a week so you hear the complaints in their own words. From there you move into Figma, sketch low fidelity options, and pressure test them with the founders before anything reaches high fidelity. Every screen you ship gets checked against our component library so engineering can build it without guessing at spacing.
What you leave with
By month six you will have a case study covering research, wireframes, an interactive prototype and live screens that recruiters use every day. Two designers before you took exactly that case study into full time roles.
We hire freshers who show taste and stubbornness rather than a long CV. If you have redesigned an app in your spare time simply because it annoyed you, send that along with your portfolio.
