About the job
Traba is building the AI operating layer for the industrial supply chain. The role involves joining as a founding member of the Agents team to build an agentic platform that synthesizes data and operates autonomously within customer supply chain workflows.
The Role
An entrepreneurial Product Manager will embed deeply in customer operations, design and ship production agents that understand context, reason through ambiguity, make decisions, and execute work on behalf of users. This is a 0-to-1 product role operating at the frontier of applied AI, reporting directly to the VP of Product.
What you'll do
- Architect and steward product strategy for Traba's AI agent platform
- Solve complex customer problems by balancing user needs, technical constraints, and evolving AI capabilities
- Write detailed product requirements and partner with product engineers and ML teams
- Rapidly validate and prototype ideas alongside customers
- Design agent systems that reason through workflows, orchestrate tools, maintain context, and execute work
- Define product behavior, evaluation systems, and quality frameworks
- Use data to uncover patterns and answer key product questions
- Evolve the AI product portfolio with understanding of model capabilities
- Communicate complex concepts from system behavior to business impact
- Synthesize stakeholder feedback across departments

- 0-to-1 operator experienced in finding product-market fit from scratch
- AI-native problem solver navigating constantly evolving models and shifting assumptions
- First-principles thinker understanding systems and constraints deeply
- Customer-embedded builder with experience in forward-deployed environments
- Technical depth working alongside ML engineers as peers
- Builder mentality - inventive, scrappy, moves quickly with ambiguity
- Deeply collaborative across engineering, ML, operations, design, and customers
What you'll bring
- 3-5 years as a Product Manager
- Evidence of launching products from scratch with meaningful customer outcomes
- Experience building AI-native products or customer-facing agent systems
- Strong technical abilities working deeply with engineering and ML teams
- Ability to read evaluations and reason through system performance
- Experience in highly ambiguous startup environments with fast iteration
- Deep familiarity with AI tools and hands-on modern AI systems experience
- Desire to work at a startup covering wide surface area
- Strong work ethic and desire to build a category-defining company
