The gap we need filled
Design hands over Figma files every sprint and someone has to make them real in the browser. That is you, for three months, working from our Hyderabad office alongside one designer and two frontend engineers. The first project is the public job listing page, our most visited template and one that currently ships far more CSS than it needs. You will rebuild it with Tailwind, cut the layout shift that hurts our Core Web Vitals, and make the apply flow usable on a small phone with a weak connection. After that comes the employer onboarding wizard, four screens of React with real form state, and a component library cleanup where you fold six button variants back into one.
The honest part
This is an unpaid learning placement and we would rather say so plainly than dress it up. What you get in return is treated as a real apprenticeship: a named mentor, review on everything you write, and screens with genuine traffic that you can put straight into a portfolio. Interns who do well here are usually the first people we call when a paid frontend opening comes up.
Responsibilities
- Rebuild the public job listing page in React and Tailwind from Figma handoff
- Reduce cumulative layout shift and improve Core Web Vitals on the listing template
- Build the four screen employer onboarding wizard with React Hook Form
- Consolidate duplicated button, input and modal variants into a shared component library
- Test every screen on a low end Android device before calling it done
- Attend design review and flag what will be difficult to build
Requirements
- Final year student or recent graduate, no professional experience expected
- You can turn a static design into responsive HTML and CSS without leaning on a template
- Basic React knowledge covering components, props, state and useEffect
- Able to commute to our Hyderabad office on a hybrid schedule
- An eye for spacing and alignment, or the willingness to develop one
