Technical Program Manager - Data Engineering

Videris is seeking a Technical Program Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead a large-scale data transformation for a US Telecom client. This is a hands-on role requiring a leader who remains technically involved in the architectural design and data reconciliation phases of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discovery Orchestration: Direct deconstruction of legacy pipelines to define core business logic
• Functional Slicing & Integration: Break down monolithic legacy flows into manageable work packages
• Execution in Ambiguous Environments: Maintain delivery momentum with incomplete requirements
• SQL Reconciliation: Lead data integrity effort by writing complex SQL queries
• Design and Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify design risks
• Quality Oversight: Conduct design and code reviews
• Technical Stakeholder Engagement: Manage technical discussions with client
• Milestone Delivery: Coordinate cross-functional workstreams
• Resource and Triage Management: Ensure team alignment

Technical Qualifications:

• 15+ Years Experience in large-scale data warehousing or legacy modernization
• Advanced SQL Proficiency for audit and reconciliation
• Snowflake & Modern Data Stack: Architectural knowledge of Snowflake, dbt, and Matillion
• Data Archaeology Background in reverse-engineering legacy systems
• Delivery Frameworks experience with Agile or hybrid models

Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering; Master's/MBA preferred
