Most people who message our candidate support bot are anxious about a job application, and the tone of the reply matters as much as the facts in it.
The craft, not the code
This three month internship is a writing role. You will design the persona, the greeting, the clarifying questions and the escape hatches for an assistant that handles around 900 conversations a week. You will decide how it says no, how it admits uncertainty, and how it hands a person over to a human without making them feel dismissed.
Your weeks
Reading transcripts, mostly. Every Monday you pull a sample, mark where conversations went cold, and propose a prompt revision with a before and after example. Twice a month you will sit in on a usability session with real candidates and watch somebody get confused by wording you thought was obvious.
Said plainly
This position is unpaid and we would rather state that up front than bury it. What you get in exchange is ownership of a live conversational surface, close editorial feedback on your writing, and a portfolio of prompt work you can show anywhere. The Hyderabad team meets in the office twice a week.
