Mailermen is looking for a talented Generative AI Developer to join our team and help us build intelligent, production-ready AI solutions.
🔥 What You'll Work On
You will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using modern Generative AI technologies.
Your responsibilities may include:
🤖 Building and integrating AI Agents and autonomous workflows 🧠 Working with LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other models 🔗 Developing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems 📚 Working with vector databases and embeddings ⚙️ Building AI automation and intelligent workflows 💬 Developing conversational AI and chatbot systems 🔌 Integrating AI APIs into web applications and SaaS products 🛠️ Developing scalable backend services for AI applications 📊 Evaluating AI outputs, accuracy, latency, and reliability 🔐 Implementing responsible AI and data-security practices 🚀 Deploying and monitoring AI applications in production
🧑💻 What We're Looking For
Required:
• 2+ years of software development experience • Strong experience with Python • Practical experience working with LLMs / Generative AI • Experience with APIs and AI model integrations • Understanding of prompt engineering • Experience building AI-powered applications • Knowledge of REST APIs and backend development • Experience with Git and modern development workflows • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Nice to Have:
⭐ Experience with OpenAI / Claude / Gemini APIs ⭐ LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks ⭐ RAG architecture ⭐ Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma, or other vector databases ⭐ AI Agents and multi-agent systems ⭐ Function/tool calling ⭐ Fine-tuning or model evaluation ⭐ Docker and cloud deployment ⭐ AWS, GCP, or Azure ⭐ FastAPI ⭐ PostgreSQL / MongoDB ⭐ Experience with Next.js or React
💰 Compensation
$200 PER DAY

Responsibilities
- Design and develop production-ready Generative AI applications
- Build and deploy AI agents and autonomous workflows
- Integrate LLM APIs including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and similar models
- Develop RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector databases
- Build AI-powered chatbots and conversational applications
- Develop intelligent automation and agentic workflows
- Create reliable APIs and backend services for AI applications
- Implement prompt engineering and structured AI workflows
- Evaluate and improve AI model responses, accuracy, and reliability
- Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, and cost
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing web and SaaS products
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver AI features
- Debug, test, and monitor AI systems in production
- Document AI architectures, workflows, and development processes
Requirements
- 2+ years of software development experience
- Strong experience with Python
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs
- Experience integrating OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI APIs
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering
- Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows
- Experience with RAG and retrieval-based AI systems
- Understanding of embeddings and vector databases
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Knowledge of FastAPI or similar Python frameworks
- Strong understanding of software development fundamentals
- Experience with Git and modern development workflows
- Ability to design scalable and production-ready AI solutions
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and ability to work independently in a remote environment
