Server rendering, against real traffic
MailerMen's public job board serves several hundred thousand pages to search engines, and all of it runs on Next.js with the App Router. Across three months you will work on the pages that decide whether a listing ranks or vanishes.
What lands on your plate
You will build the city and category landing pages, wire up incremental static regeneration so newly posted listings appear within minutes, and rewrite the job detail page as a server component so the client bundle stops shipping code nobody runs. There is a metadata layer to extend, JSON-LD structured data to get exactly right, and a Core Web Vitals dashboard you will be expected to move in the correct direction. Plan on spending real hours inside the Network tab.
Mentorship and rhythm
A senior engineer pairs with you for two hours every Tuesday, screen shared, working through whatever has you stuck. Outside that, the tickets are yours to run. Work happens remotely from anywhere in India on a flexible schedule, with one firm rule: overlap with the team between eleven and four so reviews do not sit waiting overnight.
