About the role

You will own paid acquisition across Google, Meta and the app-install networks, with a monthly budget in the low crores and a hard target on cost per activated buyer, not cost per install.

What makes this different

Our shoppers are in tier-2 and tier-3 cities, and the creative that works in Mumbai reliably fails in Gorakhpur. Regional language creative, local payment preferences and price sensitivity all change the maths. You will be running many more experiments than a typical performance role and you will need a real point of view on attribution, because last-click will mislead you here.

You will work with a creative team of three, an in-house analyst and the growth engineering squad who own the landing pages.

Three to six years in performance marketing with hands-on platform experience, not just agency oversight. Comfort with SQL or a BI tool is expected — you should be able to answer your own questions about cohort quality without waiting on analytics.
