Who you'll learn from
You will report to our growth lead, who puts roughly four hours a week into your work alone: a Monday planning call, a Thursday review, and written comments on whatever you shipped in between. Over six months that adds up to something closer to an apprenticeship than an internship.
The remit
Marketing here spans SEO, email, paid social and a small referral programme, and right now nobody can say with confidence which of them brings the candidates who finish an application. You will build the reporting that answers it. Expect GA4 explorations, UTM hygiene enforced across every campaign we run, a Looker Studio dashboard the whole team opens on Monday morning, and a monthly written readout that explains what moved and why rather than just restating the chart.
Practical bits
Hybrid from our Hitec City office, two or three days in depending on the week. You will present your readout to the founders at least twice during the six months, which is nerve-racking the first time and useful for the rest of your career.

- Build and maintain the Looker Studio dashboard the team reviews every Monday

- Produce a written monthly readout explaining what changed and why
- Reconcile channel numbers against platform reporting and explain the gaps
- Run quarterly comparisons of first-click and last-click attribution views
- Present your findings to the founders at least twice during the internship
Requirements

- Working knowledge of spreadsheets including pivot tables
