About the Role - We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Product Manager to support the development and optimization of Tradeify's trading platform, trader experience, and product offerings. In this role, you will work closely with our Product Manager to help define product requirements, gather and analyze user feedback, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure our products continue to meet the evolving needs of our trading community.
What You Will Do
- Support the Product Manager in executing the product roadmap
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner closely with Engineering on a day-to-day basis
- Help design and iterate on product features
- Monitor how new features perform once shipped
- Assist with trader interviews and surveys
- Own smaller features end-to-end
- Coordinate with Design, Trading Operations, and Marketing
- Help test new releases
- Track competitor products and fintech trends
- Help prepare product updates
- Maintain product documentation and changelogs
What You Bring
- 1-2 years of experience in product management
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- User-centric mindset
- Technical literacy
- Self-starter mentality
- Must work in-office in Boca Raton, FL
