The mess you are inheriting

Our component library has four different button styles, three modal patterns and a spacing scale only half the team follows. Six months is long enough to fix that properly, and that is the job.

Scope of the work

You will audit every screen in the product, catalogue what already exists, then rebuild the library in Figma with variables, auto layout and properly named variants. Tokens for colour, type, spacing and radius get defined once and mapped to the names our React engineers already use, so a design change becomes a code change instead of a long conversation. Each component gets usage documentation, including when not to use it, and you will run short adoption sessions so the library does not sit unused.

Support you get

You pair with our senior designer every week and have a standing slot with the frontend lead to confirm that what you name in Figma matches what exists in the codebase. Three days a week in the Hyderabad office, two from home.

This suits a final year student or recent graduate who enjoys order: the sort of person who notices two cards with different corner radii and cannot let it go. Show us anything you have built systematically.
