Mailermen is looking for a talented Generative AI Developer to join our team and help us build intelligent, production-ready AI solutions.
๐ฅ What You'll Work On
You will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using modern Generative AI technologies.
Your responsibilities may include:
๐ค Building and integrating AI Agents and autonomous workflows ๐ง Working with LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other models ๐ Developing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems ๐ Working with vector databases and embeddings โ๏ธ Building AI automation and intelligent workflows ๐ฌ Developing conversational AI and chatbot systems ๐ Integrating AI APIs into web applications and SaaS products ๐ ๏ธ Developing scalable backend services for AI applications ๐ Evaluating AI outputs, accuracy, latency, and reliability ๐ Implementing responsible AI and data-security practices ๐ Deploying and monitoring AI applications in production
๐งโ๐ป What We're Looking For
Required:
โข 2+ years of software development experience โข Strong experience with Python โข Practical experience working with LLMs / Generative AI โข Experience with APIs and AI model integrations โข Understanding of prompt engineering โข Experience building AI-powered applications โข Knowledge of REST APIs and backend development โข Experience with Git and modern development workflows โข Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Nice to Have:

Responsibilities
- Design and develop production-ready Generative AI applications
- Build and deploy AI agents and autonomous workflows
- Integrate LLM APIs including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and similar models
- Develop RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector databases
- Build AI-powered chatbots and conversational applications
- Develop intelligent automation and agentic workflows
- Create reliable APIs and backend services for AI applications
- Implement prompt engineering and structured AI workflows
- Evaluate and improve AI model responses, accuracy, and reliability
- Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, and cost
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing web and SaaS products
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver AI features
- Debug, test, and monitor AI systems in production
- Document AI architectures, workflows, and development processes
Requirements
- 2+ years of software development experience
- Strong experience with Python
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs
- Experience integrating OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI APIs
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering
- Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows
- Experience with RAG and retrieval-based AI systems
- Understanding of embeddings and vector databases
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Knowledge of FastAPI or similar Python frameworks
- Strong understanding of software development fundamentals
- Experience with Git and modern development workflows
- Ability to design scalable and production-ready AI solutions
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and ability to work independently in a remote environment
