MailerMen is looking for Frontend Developers with three to five years of professional experience to join our growing technology team on a remote contract basis.
What the role involves
This is a frontend-focused position on modern web applications and user-facing products. You will develop reusable, high-quality frontend components, work in JavaScript or TypeScript with React.js, Next.js, Vue.js or a similar framework, and turn designs into responsive interfaces with a strong command of HTML and CSS.
Day to day
You will integrate REST APIs and third-party services, troubleshoot bugs, improve application performance, and take part in code reviews and technical discussions with designers, developers and product teams. Clean, maintainable and scalable code is the expectation here rather than a bonus.
Nice to have
Exposure to Node.js or other backend technologies, PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB, AWS, GCP or Azure, CI/CD and deployment workflows, experience building SaaS products, or knowledge of AI/LLM integrations.
Remote by default
MailerMen runs as an international remote team, so this contract role suits someone who works well independently, writes clearly and can own their piece of the product. Compensation reflects the Singapore market and scales with experience, technical expertise and contract scope.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Three to five years of professional software development experience
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience with React.js, Next.js, Vue.js or similar frameworks
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS and responsive design
- Experience working with REST APIs
- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Nice to have: Node.js or other backend technologies

- Nice to have: AWS, GCP or Azure
