React Developer - Indore

Code that only works today is not enough. This position sits with a team that reads each other's pull requests properly, keeps frontend conventions consistent instead of letting every file drift into its own style, and treats a reusable component as something worth getting right the first time.

So you will spend genuine time reviewing other people's work and having your own reviewed. If feedback on your code reads as an attack rather than an ordinary part of engineering, this will be an uncomfortable place to sit. If you have ever inherited a tangled codebase and wished someone had cared earlier, you already understand the point of it.

The rest is ordinary, satisfying frontend work: React interfaces, API integration, state that behaves predictably, and screens that hold together on whatever device they land on. The role is onsite in Indore, full time, and aimed at two to four years of experience.
