Job Description We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer (1–3 years experience) to join our engineering team on-site in Surat, India. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications and features across our modern recruitment and platform ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance UI components using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript.
Build, optimize, and maintain robust backend RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.js.
Model and maintain clean database schemas, queries, and aggregations using MongoDB (and relational databases where applicable).
Implement secure authentication, authorization (JWT, OAuth, role-based access), request validation, and comprehensive error handling.
Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into clean, production-ready code.
Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, debug issues across the stack, and assist with CI/CD deployment pipelines.
Requirements 1–3 years of hands-on software development experience building full-stack applications with the MERN stack.
Solid grasp of frontend fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, modern React (Hooks, state management, routing).
Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and asynchronous event-driven architecture.
Practical experience with MongoDB schema design, indexing, and Mongoose ODM.
Familiarity with version control workflows (Git/GitHub) and REST API architecture standards.
Good debugging, problem-solving skills, and basic understanding of web application security best practices.
Responsibilities
