The question we are stuck on
Nobody here can tell you why candidates abandon the application form at step three, and guessing has not worked. Across this three month internship you will run the study that answers it.
What the work looks like
You will recruit participants from our existing user pool, write the discussion guides, moderate roughly twenty five remote usability sessions, and tag findings in a shared repository so insights stop living in people's heads. Alongside that you will read a year of funnel drop off data with our analyst to decide which screens deserve testing at all.
The output
Two research reports, an affinity map the product team genuinely refers back to, and a prioritised set of recommendations you present to the founders in your final week. You will also stand up our first lightweight research operations process, covering consent, incentives and a searchable session archive.
Recent graduates and final year students are exactly who we want. What matters is curiosity, careful listening, and the discipline to write down what you actually heard rather than what you hoped to hear. Two days a week from the Pune office, the rest wherever you work best.
