Workday consultants configure and extend the modules large organisations run their people processes on — HCM, Learning and beyond — and increasingly build custom applications with Workday Extend. The work spans business processes, security, EIBs, calculated fields and reporting. Employers look for consultants who can take a module from requirements through UAT to production on their own, and who can explain a configuration choice to HR stakeholders as clearly as to engineers.
