Why this internship exists

Nine product surfaces, nine slightly different buttons. That is the problem you are being brought in to solve. Over these two months you will help consolidate MailerMen's scattered interface into a single React component library that every team can install and trust.

The actual work

You audit what exists today, cataloguing every variant of button, input, modal and toast currently shipping in production. Then you rebuild the twenty most used of them as accessible, themeable components with Radix primitives underneath and Tailwind on top. Each ships with a Storybook story, a prop table and dark mode support. You will argue about naming, about spacing scales, and about whether a component really needs eleven props or four.

Who this suits

This is a short, unpaid internship aimed at final-year students who care more about craft than title. If you notice when a focus ring is missing or an icon sits one pixel off centre, you will enjoy it. You work from our Baner office twice a week and remotely otherwise, with a weekly critique where your components get taken apart kindly and put back together better.
