By the end of six months

You will have shipped a working employer analytics portal in Blazor WebAssembly: charts for application volume, a funnel view showing where candidates drop off, and a CSV export the finance team genuinely uses. It talks to an ASP.NET Core Web API that you also help build, so both halves of the stack belong to you.

The working setup

This internship is fully remote across India. We hold two fixed overlap hours each afternoon for standup and pairing, and the rest of your day is your own. Code review happens in GitHub, design argument happens on a shared board, and nobody will ask you to sit on a video call while you write code.

What the six months look like

Month one is component work inside an existing Blazor page so you absorb our conventions. From month two the analytics portal is yours, including the SignalR hub that pushes live application counts into the dashboard. Somewhere around month four you will break something in staging, we will fix it together, and you will write the postmortem. That last part is not optional and it is the part you will still remember two years from now.

Responsibilities

  • Build Blazor WebAssembly components for the employer analytics portal
  • Implement the ASP.NET Core Web API endpoints those components consume
  • Push live application counts to the dashboard through a SignalR hub
  • Add the CSV export the finance team uses for monthly reconciliation
  • Write xUnit tests for API logic and bUnit tests for your components
  • Join the afternoon standup and the fortnightly product demo call
  • Write the postmortem when something you shipped fails in staging

Requirements

  • Final year student or recent graduate with zero years of professional experience
  • Working knowledge of C# and at least one attempt at a web UI in any framework
  • Understands how a browser calls an API and what CORS exists to solve
  • Reliable internet and availability for two fixed overlap hours each afternoon
  • Comfortable with Git branches and opening pull requests

Skills

Benefits

  • Paid monthly, fully remote from anywhere in India
  • Ownership of a named product surface instead of scraps from the backlog
  • Mentor pairing sessions twice a week
  • Completion certificate and a public reference on request
  • Hardware support if your machine cannot run the toolchain
