Pixels turning into product
If the part of frontend work you like best is watching a static mockup become something people can click, this six-month internship was built for you. You will be embedded with the designers who own MailerMen's employer product, translating Figma files into React screens that behave properly at every breakpoint.
Six months, roughly mapped
The first eight weeks go to the applicant tracking board: a drag and drop kanban with column virtualisation, because some customers keep three thousand applicants in a single pipeline. After that you move to the onboarding flow, the in-app notification centre, and a responsive rewrite of the analytics screens. Everything is Tailwind, everything is dark mode aware, and everything gets checked with a screen reader before it ships.
What we actually care about
We care that you can read a design file closely, notice the inconsistencies in it, and ask about them before writing code. We care that your components stay small enough to reason about. We do not care what your CGPA is. You will work from the Gachibowli office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and from wherever you like the rest of the week.
Responsibilities
- Turn Figma files for the employer product into responsive React screens
- Build the applicant tracking kanban with drag and drop and column virtualisation

- Keep every new surface dark mode aware using the existing Tailwind tokens
- Test each screen with a screen reader before marking it done
- Flag inconsistencies in design files and resolve them directly with the designer
Requirements
- Final-year student or recent graduate; no work experience required
- Confident with React hooks and component composition
- Have used a utility-first CSS framework such as Tailwind
- Able to read a Figma file, including its layout constraints
