We are seeking a AI / Machine Learning Engineer at MailerMen (Bhubaneswar). You will build practical machine learning solutions and AI-powered features for web products, working across data preparation, model development, evaluation, API integration and deployment. You should have roughly one year of practical experience and be comfortable working in a collaborative product team. This is a hybrid role anchored to our Bhubaneswar office, with a mix of in-office and remote days.
Department: Engineering - AI & Machine Learning Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Work with engineers and product teams to translate business problems into ML solutions.
- Document experiments, models, APIs and deployment procedures.
- Run experiments and A/B evaluations to compare model approaches.
- Develop, train and evaluate machine learning models for product use cases.
- Monitor model performance and improve accuracy, reliability and latency.
- Clean, transform and prepare datasets for experimentation and production.
- Contribute to feature stores and reusable ML utilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML or a related field preferred.
- Good to have: LLMs, TensorFlow, FastAPI, Docker, XGBoost, AWS
