We are seeking a AI / Machine Learning Engineer at MailerMen (Bangalore). You will build practical machine learning solutions and AI-powered features for web products, working across data preparation, model development, evaluation, API integration and deployment. You will bring roughly two years of hands-on experience and help mentor newer team members. The role is fully remote, with the Bangalore team as your home base for occasional meetups.
Department: Engineering - AI & Machine Learning Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Clean, transform and prepare datasets for experimentation and production.
- Run experiments and A/B evaluations to compare model approaches.
- Document experiments, models, APIs and deployment procedures.
- Contribute to feature stores and reusable ML utilities.
- Integrate trained models with backend APIs and web applications.
- Develop, train and evaluate machine learning models for product use cases.
- Monitor model performance and improve accuracy, reliability and latency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML or a related field preferred.
- Good to have: Airflow, LLMs, FastAPI, AWS, Hugging Face, PyTorch
