MailerMen is looking for a DevOps / SRE Engineer to join our growing Ahmedabad engineering group. You will improve deployment automation, infrastructure reliability and application observability, making releases faster, safer and more consistent. You will bring roughly two years of hands-on experience and help mentor newer team members. The role is fully remote, with the Ahmedabad team as your home base for occasional meetups.
Department: DevOps & Site Reliability Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers on reliability and release practices.
- Automate repetitive infrastructure and operational tasks.
- Improve build times and pipeline reliability.
- Troubleshoot deployment and production incidents.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct post-incident reviews and track action items.
- Containerize applications using Docker and support Kubernetes workloads.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
- Good to have: Datadog, Terraform, Python, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Helm
