Join MailerMen as a DevOps / SRE Engineer in Bhubaneswar. You will improve deployment automation, infrastructure reliability and application observability, making releases faster, safer and more consistent. This is an entry-level role suited to recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow with structured mentorship. The role is fully remote, with the Bhubaneswar team as your home base for occasional meetups.
Department: DevOps & Site Reliability Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot deployment and production incidents.
- Harden container images and deployment configurations.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Improve build times and pipeline reliability.
- Containerize applications using Docker and support Kubernetes workloads.
- Collaborate with developers on reliability and release practices.
- Monitor application health, logs and infrastructure metrics.
- Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
- Good to have: ArgoCD, Terraform, Kubernetes, Datadog, Grafana, Helm
