MailerMen is hiring a DevOps / SRE Engineer for our Pune team. You will improve deployment automation, infrastructure reliability and application observability, making releases faster, safer and more consistent. You should have roughly one year of practical experience and be comfortable working in a collaborative product team. This is a hybrid role anchored to our Pune office, with a mix of in-office and remote days.
Department: DevOps & Site Reliability Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot deployment and production incidents.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment environments.
- Collaborate with developers on reliability and release practices.
- Monitor application health, logs and infrastructure metrics.
- Harden container images and deployment configurations.
- Improve build times and pipeline reliability.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
- Good to have: Helm, ArgoCD, Ansible, Datadog, GitHub Actions, Python
