MailerMen is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our growing Bhubaneswar engineering group. You will contribute across frontend and backend development, from creating responsive user interfaces to developing APIs and database integrations. You will start with guided tasks and gradually take ownership of features under senior mentorship. This is a hybrid role anchored to our Bhubaneswar office, with a mix of in-office and remote days.
Department: Engineering - Full Stack Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Handle bug triage and small production fixes across the stack.
- Optimize applications for performance and usability.
- Implement authentication, validation and error handling.
- Connect applications with databases and third-party services.
- Collaborate with designers, developers and product stakeholders.
- Participate in testing, code reviews and deployment activities.
- Improve build tooling and local development experience.
- Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent practical experience.
- Good to have: GraphQL, Vite, Redux, TypeScript, Jest, Next.js
