Join MailerMen as a Software Solutions Engineer in Pune. You will design technical solutions for web products and customer requirements, working across APIs, databases, cloud services and software architecture. We expect around two years of professional experience and the ability to work independently on well-scoped problems. The role is fully remote, with the Pune team as your home base for occasional meetups.
Department: Engineering - Solutions Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Translate product and customer requirements into technical solutions.
- Evaluate technologies based on scalability, cost and maintainability.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, cloud and product teams.
- Review integration plans for feasibility and risk.
- Support developers during implementation and technical troubleshooting.
- Support pre-sales and onboarding with technical guidance.
- Design application components, APIs and integration approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
- Good to have: PostgreSQL, Terraform, Event-driven design, Node.js, React, AWS
