MailerMen has an opening for a Software Solutions Engineer based out of Hyderabad. You will design technical solutions for web products and customer requirements, working across APIs, databases, cloud services and software architecture. You will bring roughly two years of hands-on experience and help mentor newer team members. The role is fully remote, with the Hyderabad team as your home base for occasional meetups.
Department: Engineering - Solutions Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Review integration plans for feasibility and risk.
- Design application components, APIs and integration approaches.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, cloud and product teams.
- Translate product and customer requirements into technical solutions.
- Evaluate technologies based on scalability, cost and maintainability.
- Support pre-sales and onboarding with technical guidance.
- Support developers during implementation and technical troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
- Good to have: PostgreSQL, Node.js, GraphQL, Terraform, React, AWS
