MailerMen is looking for a Software Solutions Engineer to join our growing Bangalore engineering group. You will design technical solutions for web products and customer requirements, working across APIs, databases, cloud services and software architecture. You should have roughly one year of practical experience and be comfortable working in a collaborative product team. The role is fully remote, with the Bangalore team as your home base for occasional meetups.
Department: Engineering - Solutions Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Create technical documentation and solution diagrams.
- Maintain solution templates and reference architectures.
- Design application components, APIs and integration approaches.
- Prepare proof-of-concept builds for customer requirements.
- Support developers during implementation and technical troubleshooting.
- Review existing systems and recommend practical improvements.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, cloud and product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
- Good to have: Event-driven design, Node.js, React, Docker, AWS, Microservices
