Anyone can make a screen work once. The harder skill, and the one this job leans on, is writing JavaScript that still reads clearly to somebody else months later. It shows up in ordinary decisions: naming things for what they are, keeping a component to a single job, and splitting a change small enough that a reviewer can hold all of it in their head at once.
Reviews run in both directions. Your work gets read closely, and you are expected to read other people's with the same attention, which is a skill in its own right. The level suits two to four years of professional experience, ideally someone who has already formed views on what maintainable code looks like and can put them in a comment without turning the thread into a standoff.

It is a full-time onsite job, based in Indore, and a reasonable place to land for anyone who has been quietly frustrated by a codebase nobody was ever given time to tidy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using JavaScript.
- Build reusable and maintainable application components.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Optimize application performance and responsiveness.
- Debug and resolve application issues.
- Write clean, scalable, and reusable code.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, design, QA, and product teams.
- Implement new features based on product requirements.
- Follow modern software development and coding practices.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional JavaScript development experience.
- Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript and ES6+.
- Good understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Experience working with REST APIs.
- Good knowledge of asynchronous JavaScript.
- Experience with Git/GitHub.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of responsive web development.
