MailerMen is looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our growing Pune engineering group. You will support cloud infrastructure, application deployments and operational reliability, automating deployments and maintaining secure, cost-effective cloud environments. You will start with guided tasks and gradually take ownership of features under senior mentorship. The role is fully remote, with the Pune team as your home base for occasional meetups.
Department: Cloud & Infrastructure Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Support IAM policies and least-privilege access reviews.
- Maintain backup, snapshot and recovery procedures.
- Assist with infrastructure automation and environment management.
- Document infrastructure configurations and operational procedures.
- Support cloud infrastructure and application deployments.
- Implement basic security and access-control practices.
- Monitor applications and infrastructure for performance and availability.
- Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cloud Computing or related field preferred.
- Good to have: Kubernetes, Ansible, Docker, Nginx, Bash, Terraform
