MailerMen is hiring a Platform Engineer for our Surat team. You will create reliable internal infrastructure and developer tooling, working on cloud environments, deployment automation, observability and reusable platform components. You should have roughly one year of practical experience and be comfortable working in a collaborative product team. The role is fully remote, with the Surat team as your home base for occasional meetups.
Department: Platform & Infrastructure Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application deployment issues.
- Maintain internal templates for new services and pipelines.
- Evaluate new infrastructure tooling and run pilots.
- Maintain monitoring, logging and basic observability systems.
- Document platform standards and engineering procedures.
- Support containerized workloads and cloud environments.
- Build and maintain reusable deployment and infrastructure components.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related technical field preferred.
- Good to have: Go, Loki, Pulumi, Grafana, Terraform, GitOps
