We are seeking a DevOps / SRE Engineer at MailerMen (Noida). You will improve deployment automation, infrastructure reliability and application observability, making releases faster, safer and more consistent. Freshers with strong fundamentals and hands-on project or internship experience are encouraged to apply. This is a hybrid role anchored to our Noida office, with a mix of in-office and remote days.
Department: DevOps & Site Reliability Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Harden container images and deployment configurations.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with developers on reliability and release practices.
- Troubleshoot deployment and production incidents.
- Containerize applications using Docker and support Kubernetes workloads.
- Improve build times and pipeline reliability.
- Automate repetitive infrastructure and operational tasks.
- Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
- Good to have: Grafana, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Datadog, Helm, Terraform
