MailerMen has an opening for a Cloud Engineer based out of Indore. You will support cloud infrastructure, application deployments and operational reliability, automating deployments and maintaining secure, cost-effective cloud environments. You will start with guided tasks and gradually take ownership of features under senior mentorship. This is a hybrid role anchored to our Indore office, with a mix of in-office and remote days.
Department: Cloud & Infrastructure Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Help maintain infrastructure-as-code repositories.
- Document infrastructure configurations and operational procedures.
- Assist with infrastructure automation and environment management.
- Troubleshoot deployment and cloud-related issues.
- Monitor applications and infrastructure for performance and availability.
- Maintain backup, snapshot and recovery procedures.
- Implement basic security and access-control practices.
- Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cloud Computing or related field preferred.
- Good to have: Terraform, Route 53, Kubernetes, Azure, Docker, GitHub Actions
