Customer Success Manager

Help customers get the most out of MailerMen products and services, and keep them with us. The role runs from onboarding through adoption to renewal, and owns the relationship in between — including spotting where a customer could be doing more.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships
- Conduct onboarding and product training
- Monitor customer adoption
- Identify upselling opportunities
- Resolve customer concerns
- Track customer health and satisfaction
- Work with product and support teams
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Customer Success/Account Management
- SaaS or technology experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent relationship management
- Experience with CRM and customer-success platforms
