Good infrastructure work is mostly a conversation. A developer tells you where the release process hurts, you go away and take the friction out, and the next deploy takes minutes instead of an afternoon. That loop between the engineering team and the person maintaining the pipelines is the core of this role at MailerMen.
Expect to spend your time on CI/CD, deployment automation, Linux servers, containers and cloud infrastructure, but also in review conversations about how a feature should reach production and what should be watched once it gets there. Release workflows here are treated as something engineers own together, not as a handover.
This is a full-time onsite position in Jaipur, open to candidates with about two to four years of practical DevOps experience. If you enjoy making other engineers faster and have the scripting and troubleshooting instincts to do it, the work will suit you.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate deployment and infrastructure processes.
- Manage Linux-based environments.

Requirements
- 2-4 years of DevOps experience.
- Experience with Linux.
- Experience with CI/CD.
- Knowledge of Git.
- Experience with Docker or container technologies.
- Understanding of cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of deployment automation.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Basic scripting knowledge.
