Something will break. A build will fail for reasons that make no sense, a container will refuse to start, a service will get slower after a release that looked harmless. The engineer we are hiring is the one who reads the logs, traces the behavior back to the change that caused it, and then fixes the process so the same class of problem does not return.
Alongside that troubleshooting work sits the steady build: pipelines to maintain, deployments to automate, Linux environments and cloud infrastructure to keep in order, monitoring to configure so that problems announce themselves before users do. Reliability at MailerMen is treated as an engineering outcome rather than luck.
The role is full-time, based onsite in Surat, and pitched at two to four years of experience. Strong debugging instincts and comfort at a Linux shell matter more here than a long list of tool names.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate deployment and infrastructure processes.

Requirements
- 2-4 years of DevOps experience.
- Experience with Linux.

- Basic scripting knowledge.
